Fried rice is a great side dish and it’s a parve recipe. It’s super easy to make and my family loves it. I made it with egg drop soup, steamed broccoli. and whiting. It was a great dinner and everything was a completely parve recipe. No milk or meat was used in anything.
Fried Rice-Parve Recipe
3 cups of cooked white rice
3 eggs scrambled
3 tablespoons green onions
Soy sauce to taste
1 tsp sesame oil
Scramble your eggs. Pour into pan with lots of oil. 1/4 cup at least. Pour scrambled egg mix in and stir. Add rice and green onions. Add your sesame oil. Add enough soy sauce to turn rice a light brown color. A little goes a long way so take it easy. Serve and enjoy.
